Forescout is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive revenue growth in cybersecurity solutions for enterprise and critical infrastructure customers. You will manage an assigned territory with quota responsibility of $1M–$1.5M in new ARR annually, balancing new customer acquisition with expansion of existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying and qualifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract completion, and delivering technical sales presentations to enterprise prospects and channel partners. You will build strategic account plans, manage complex multi-year deals, and upsell custom solutions to strategic accounts. Success requires managing internal resources effectively, maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of enterprise IT solutions sales with cybersecurity focus; 3+ years managing major account sales; proven track record closing complicated, multi-year deals; strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and customer orientation; experience building key relationships in local markets; excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred: technical background; Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency; experience selling IoT and OT-focused solutions.
