Salary: USD 200,000 - 360,000 / annual

Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is a rapid seizure detection technology deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks nationwide. As Regional Account Director for the South Atlantic region (Virginia/North Carolina), you will lead the expansion and growth of Ceribell's hospital customer base while overseeing the regional Customer Account Management team. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong relationship-building across diverse stakeholders—physicians, hospital administrators, and clinical leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Spearheading new product and technology introductions to existing customers - Driving departmental expansion and system upgrades within the installed base - Collaborating on successful new account launches with guidance and support - Serving as the primary customer contact throughout the Ceribell journey from purchase through integration and ongoing usage - Building and maintaining deep relationships with hospital stakeholders, understanding their workflows and clinical needs - Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies - Coordinating cross-functional efforts to align with strategic objectives - Managing product deployment at customer locations - Building, leading, and managing the regional CAM team to achieve organizational goals You must be located near a major airport with willingness to travel more than 50% of the time. Required qualifications: 10+ years of recent medical device sales experience and 10+ years of management experience. Proven ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders including physicians, hospital management, and administration. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Preferred: Critical care background, startup experience, nursing background supporting sales teams, hospital committee experience, familiarity with disruptive medical device technology, clinical neuro ICU experience.
