Salary: USD 200,000 - 360,000 / annual

Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is designed for acute care settings and is already deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks. As Regional Account Director, you will lead the expansion and growth of Ceribell's hospital customer base across your designated region while overseeing and managing the Customer Account Management (CAM) team. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include: - Spearheading the introduction of new Ceribell products and technologies to existing customers - Driving expansion initiatives and departmental upgrades within the hospital customer install base - Collaborating on successful launches of new accounts with guidance and support - Serving as the primary point of contact for customers from purchase through integration and ongoing usage - Fostering deep relationships with customers to understand their workflows and needs - Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies - Working cross-functionally with internal teams to align efforts and achieve strategic objectives - Collaborating on successful product deployment at customer locations - Building, leading, and managing CAM teams within the assigned region to achieve organizational goals You bring 10+ years of recent medical sales experience and 10+ years of management experience. Critical care background, startup experience, or clinical nursing (RN) supporting sales teams is highly valued. You excel at engaging multiple stakeholders including physicians, hospital management, and administration, with experience in hospital-wide committee participation a plus. You are an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and creative problem-solving skills. You think strategically, prioritize effectively, and can assess stakeholder needs to adjust strategies accordingly. You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and are adaptable to new challenges. Experience with disruptive technology, medical devices, neuro ICU clinical background, or prior sales roles are all advantageous. The role requires being located near a major airport with travel expectations exceeding 50%.
