Reflection AI is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to build and optimize the talent operations infrastructure that powers their hiring machine. This role sits at the center of recruiting operations, owning the systems, processes, and enablement that allow recruiters and hiring managers to move quickly and efficiently.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of Ashby (their ATS), including configuration, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You'll build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into recruiting metrics and help identify where hiring is working well and where bottlenecks exist. A key part of this role is designing and launching new recruiting programs end-to-end—from conception through enablement and adoption—and serving as the ongoing point person for those initiatives.
You'll balance the competing needs of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also maintain the broader talent ops stack, keeping tools like scheduling and sourcing platforms integrated and functioning smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort diving into the technical and operational details of recruiting infrastructure, not just administrative scheduling work.
