This role leads the recruiting coordination and enablement function, managing a team responsible for scaling the company's hiring operations. Required qualifications: 7+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent enablement, including team leadership experience in high-growth or high-volume environments. Proven ability to build operating systems from scratch with measurable improvements to efficiency, quality, or candidate experience. Hands-on experience with ATS, scheduling tools, interview platforms, and enablement/LMS systems. Strong people-management instincts, service orientation, data-driven approach, and builder mindset.
