You will join Betr's People team as the second hire in this function, working directly with the Head of People in a highly operational and collaborative role based in Miami. This position offers significant ownership and impact across the full spectrum of people operations and recruiting activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full lifecycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across the global Betr team
- Routine people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Office management and facilities coordination
- Culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Supporting HR compliance and administrative functions
