You will join the Talent Acquisition team as a full-cycle recruiter owning hiring for the Managed Services business, with dedicated focus on Payment Integrity and Managed Service Operations. This is a high-volume recruiting role where you'll manage 3-4 open requisitions simultaneously, balancing speed-to-hire with quality candidate experience and durable pipeline building.
Key responsibilities include: managing the entire recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, closing); partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on prioritization based on market trends; building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future needs; leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach; participating in recruiting events (virtual and in-person); maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Kula); and providing regular pipeline updates to hiring managers.
Payment Integrity roles span both clinical and non-clinical positions, including specialized areas such as Appeals & Disputes and DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) review. You'll need strong healthcare/healthtech recruiting expertise, understanding of clinical hiring requirements, and proven ability to manage volume-based recruiting (5+ openings per unique role).
The ideal candidate brings 3-8 years of healthcare/healthtech recruiting experience, 2+ years managing volume-based recruiting, strong sourcing skills with demonstrated pipeline-building from scratch, proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar), and experience with modern sourcing tools (Pin, Juicebox, etc.). You'll have deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape and the ability to balance speed with quality.
The role is hybrid, 3-4 days/week onsite at the SoHo office in NYC. The interview process includes a recruiter/hiring manager screen (45 min), cross-functional interview (30 min), final round stakeholder interview (30 min), and peer interview (30 min), with target completion within 2-3 weeks.
