Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II to lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts in Tokyo. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across multiple open positions. Your responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates through sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agency partnerships; conducting candidate screening to match qualifications with role requirements; collaborating with leadership to design and streamline interview processes; ensuring timely follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates; negotiating compensation packages; training interview teams to enhance the recruitment process; and leveraging Greenhouse ATS to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean reporting data.
You will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, telling the Datadog story and turning great candidates into great employees. The role requires 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in either in-house or staffing agency environments. You should be a sourcing expert with the ability to identify where top talent lives, work autonomously on multiple positions simultaneously, excel at selling value propositions and negotiating with candidates, and operate with a sense of urgency throughout the recruiting cycle. You must be able to navigate an ever-changing process and ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome.
