Agentio is a Series B adtech marketplace that automates creator-led advertising at scale, enabling marketers to buy creator ads as easily as Meta or Google ads. The company has raised $56M at a $340M valuation and counts Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas among its clients. As a GTM & G&A Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market and General & Administrative functions, partnering directly with the Head of Talent, CEO, Head of Sales, and other leadership. This is a strategic role that goes beyond transactional hiring—you'll help shape recruiting processes, build scalable systems, and elevate candidate experience across the organization. Key responsibilities include: managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer close; partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies; sourcing creatively using both traditional recruiting tools and scrappy outreach tactics; leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and scale your reach; delivering world-class candidate experience with thoughtful touchpoints and timely communication; collaborating on process optimization and employer branding; anticipating hiring needs and building strong talent pipelines; and tracking recruiting metrics to guide strategy. You'll need 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced startups, with exposure to both technical (engineering/product) and business (GTM/G&A) recruiting. Strong sourcing skills, exceptional communication, ability to manage multiple concurrent searches, and comfort with AI tools are essential. The ideal candidate is hungry, humble, adaptable, a natural relationship builder, curious, and thrives in ambiguity with a bias toward action. Agentio offers a high-growth environment with product-market fit at a formative stage, exposure to startup scaling drivers, and the chance to shape company culture. The team is described as fun, honest, empathetic, and curious. The role requires 5 days per week in-person presence in New York.
