Datadog is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their People & HR team, based in Dublin or London. You will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, serving as the first point of contact for candidates and playing a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, agencies, and direct sourcing
- Screen candidates to assess fit with open roles and company culture
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to design and streamline interview processes
- Manage candidate follow-up and ensure closure throughout the hiring funnel
- Negotiate compensation packages with qualified candidates
- Train and enhance interview teams to improve recruitment quality
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS to track candidate progress, maintain data integrity, and generate reporting
- Ensure all candidates receive an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome
You bring 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment. You are a sourcing expert with the ability to identify where top talent resides and can work autonomously on multiple positions simultaneously. You excel at selling value propositions, negotiating with candidates, and closing offers. You operate with urgency and can navigate evolving recruiting processes effectively.
