Finni Health is seeking an RCM Payment Reconciliation Specialist to join their rapidly growing healthcare technology platform that empowers autism care providers to start and scale their practices. The company provides an integrated suite of tools including insurance network access, EHR software, HR solutions, and clinical support, backed by top-tier investors like General Catalyst and Y Combinator. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Finni's revenue cycle, ensuring accurate tracking, posting, and matching of all healthcare financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities include reconciling Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), paper Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and patient payments against bank deposits; researching and resolving balance discrepancies including unposted cash, partial payments, contractual allowances, and write-offs; working directly with payers on missing or reissued payments; and generating daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliation reports with key performance metrics for RCM and finance leadership. You should bring 3+ years of relevant RCM experience, ideally from an early-stage startup, behavioral health, or healthcare tech environment. Deep expertise in the full revenue cycle—billing, claims processing, collections, denial appeals, accounts receivable management, and compliance—is essential. You'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions, plus demonstrated ability to optimize processes and drive efficiency improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are critical, as you'll work with internal teams and external stakeholders including payers and vendors. You should be proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and EHR/RCM management tools, with experience in EMR/EHR work queue management a plus. Above all, you must be comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, embracing change, and maintaining exceptional organizational and time management skills while juggling multiple priorities.
