Smava is an online credit comparison platform that helps customers find transparent, fair, and affordable financing options for personal needs like vacations, cars, and home furnishings. We're seeking a Credit Sales Representative to join our sales team of ~100 professionals in Berlin.
In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, providing telephone and written consultation on credit comparisons. You'll guide customers through the entire journey from initial contact to contract completion, using needs analysis to identify the best credit solutions. All customer leads are inbound—no cold calling required. You'll leverage modern communication tools and digital contract solutions from our partner banks to work efficiently.
You should have some prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (e.g., telesales, retail sales). Strong communication skills, reliability, and professional phone presence are essential. A commercial apprenticeship is preferred but not required. You're motivated to develop professionally and grow with the company.
