As QA Team Lead, you will own quality assurance operations for mission-critical systems that protect financial assets. You will lead a QA team, establish quality standards, and ensure that systems meet the highest benchmarks for precision, security, and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive end-to-end quality initiatives, mentor team members, and work closely with engineering and product teams to maintain Utila's commitment to excellence.
