Reporting to the VP Product Marketing and Communications, you'll serve as the day-to-day lead for Orca's PR programs across the US and Europe, managing external agency partnerships and executing comprehensive media relations campaigns. Key responsibilities include: managing relationships with PR agencies across multiple regions, setting priorities and ensuring deliverables align with company goals; supporting media relations end-to-end by drafting press releases, pitches, and briefing documents, coordinating executive interviews, and responding to breaking cybersecurity news; translating Orca's threat research and vulnerability discoveries into compelling media stories for global audiences; driving thought leadership programs including executive bylines, contributed articles, awards submissions, and speaking opportunities; preparing spokespeople with briefing materials and talking points; tracking and reporting on PR performance metrics including coverage quality, share of voice, and message pull-through; coordinating PR support for product launches, funding announcements, partnerships, and major industry conferences (RSA, Black Hat, Infosecurity Europe); and collaborating cross-functionally with content, demand generation, product marketing, and analyst relations teams to maintain consistent messaging. You'll thrive in a highly visible role juggling multiple concurrent workstreams across regions, from rapid-response breaking news to long-lead thought leadership initiatives.
