ElevenLabs is building the RFP Engine to own how the company competes in complex enterprise procurement processes. As a founding member of this new function, you'll manage strategic pursuits end-to-end—from qualification through submission—across your region. Your responsibilities include decoding what evaluators want, shaping response strategy with account teams, coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, and driving submissions to an exceptionally high bar on time, every time.
You'll operate through an AI-first system, helping refine it with each cycle. Automation handles mechanical work like first drafts, compliance checks, and content retrieval, freeing your judgment for positioning, differentiation, and quality. When you spot repeated work, you'll systematize it—turning insights from each bid into templates, content, and processes that benefit the whole company.
The ideal candidate has lived complex enterprise RFP and bid responses end-to-end at a technology company and understands the difference between compliant and winning responses. You write and edit exceptionally well, stay calm coordinating many contributors against hard deadlines, and prefer building systems to executing repetitive tasks. You use AI fluently in your own work, have shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers), and treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw. Strong project management under pressure, commercial instincts to read scoring criteria and spot differentiation, and the ability to flag pursuits not worth the effort are essential.
Bonus qualifications include additional languages beyond English, experience with security or compliance questionnaires, and a technical or pre-sales background. ElevenLabs is remote-first; this role can be executed from anywhere in the United States (West Coast preferred) or EMEA, with optional access to offices in San Francisco, London, Dublin, or Warsaw. The company is an AI research and product company that has raised $781M, serves millions of users and thousands of businesses including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia.
