ElevenLabs is hiring a Proposal Manager to lead the newly formed RFP Engine function, owning complex enterprise procurement processes from qualification through submission. You'll be a founding member of this team, responsible for decoding evaluator requirements, shaping response strategy with account teams, and coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security to deliver exceptional proposals on time.
The role leverages an AI-first system where automation handles mechanical work—first drafts, compliance checks, content retrieval—freeing your judgment for positioning, differentiation, and quality. You'll identify repeated work and systematize it into templates, content, and processes that benefit the entire company. This is a builder's role: you'll help evolve the proposal machine with every cycle.
You'll manage pursuits across regions and timezones, running contributors and review cycles under hard deadlines without compromising quality. Your commercial instincts will help you read scoring criteria, spot differentiation opportunities, and flag pursuits worth the effort. You'll write and edit exceptionally well, turning technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses.
