Procurement Sciences AI is a venture-backed SaaS platform transforming government contracting with AI-driven tools for proposal and capture management. You will own the customer success relationship for 40–50 primarily mid-market GovCon accounts, ensuring they realize value from the platform and achieve their pursuit and win goals.
Your core responsibilities include building and executing value realization plans tied to customer outcomes, delivering quarterly business reviews that connect platform usage to bid results, and driving adoption across the platform. You will maintain strong account health scores, surface risk early using data and feedback, and recognize expansion signals to hand off to your Account Manager counterpart. You'll work closely with your Account Manager on shared account plans and a unified view of health, ensuring no surprises ahead of renewal conversations.
You'll spend significant time inside capture and proposal workflows with GovCon professionals, translating their pain points into product feedback and collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. You'll also contribute to building CS playbooks, templates, and documentation as the function scales.
Required: 5+ years in GovCon business development (Proposal Manager, Capture Manager, BD Analyst, Solutions Architect, or similar roles); 2+ years in a customer-facing role where you owned someone else's outcome (customer success, implementation, training, consulting, or account support); ability to hold substantive conversations with directors and VPs; strong analytical instinct to read usage data and spot account health trends; excellent written communication; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a Federal Background Check.
Preferred: mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS experience; working knowledge of generative AI and LLMs; experience partnering with sales/account management on a shared book; familiarity with GovWin, HigherGov, SAM.gov, or similar tools; experience scaling a CS function.
Tools: Salesforce, Metabase, Gong, Intercom, Planhat, Claude, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace.
