You will own the design, testing, and continuous improvement of prompts and system instructions that power Noodle's AI agents across enrollment, learning, and student support use cases. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of AI capability and educational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and iterating on prompts and system instructions for AI agents used in higher education contexts
- Building and maintaining evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance against pedagogical and operational goals
- Translating business requirements and learning objectives into effective agent behavior
- Collaborating with product managers, learning designers, university stakeholders, and engineers
- Conducting testing and continuous improvement cycles to optimize AI agent performance
- Working directly with university partners to understand their needs and validate solutions
You'll bridge the gap between AI technical capabilities and real-world educational outcomes, ensuring that AI agents deliver meaningful value in student enrollment, learning experiences, and support services. The role requires both technical depth in prompt engineering and systems thinking about how AI integrates into educational workflows.
