Booksy is seeking a Project Manager to join the People & Culture (P&C) team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will own delivery of the P&C Roadmap, leading weekly reviews, facilitating status updates, and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include managing planning and budget processes, reporting to stakeholders across the organization, and keeping global initiatives on track. This role requires someone who can hold their own with P&C leadership, challenge assumptions, and act as a sounding board. You'll be expected to flag blockers proactively rather than wait to be asked, and generate solutions to unblock issues. You'll work across teams to break down silos and apply resources intentionally across centers of excellence. The role involves managing complex people projects in a rapidly evolving, AI-forward environment where you'll help redefine People initiatives. Booksy is a global, distributed team focused on helping people feel great about themselves. The company is scaling rapidly and values driven self-starters who thrive in ambiguity and significant change. This is not a traditional project management role—it requires someone comfortable with context-switching, managing multiple timelines independently, and collaborating across all organizational levels. The position is fully remote within the UK. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus public holidays and birthday day off, Vitality Private Medical Cover (dental and optical), Worksmile wellbeing app access, enhanced pension scheme (5% employee contribution matched by Booksy), life assurance (4x annual salary), and lifestyle discounts through the Vitality Program. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record delivering complex people projects on time and within scope in a tech scale-up environment - Formal Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2) - Proficiency with Asana, Miro, and Slack; comfort with AI tools like Gemini and Claude - Experience managing budgets with a structured, detail-oriented approach to delivery - Ability to context-switch quickly and juggle multiple timelines independently - Superb written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across all stakeholder levels
