The Project Manager, Learning and Performance role is responsible for leading new and ongoing projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules remain on track. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating workflow of assigned projects from initiation through completion - Proactively coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements, deadlines, and schedules - Submitting project deliverables that meet quality standards - Preparing comprehensive status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information - Establishing and executing effective project communication plans - Anticipating project needs and driving creative, collaborative problem-solving - Participating in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings as required - Developing, monitoring, and implementing project timelines with flexibility to meet key milestones - Communicating project status formally and informally to clients and internal teams - Tracking and reporting project metrics with recommendations to management - Resolving and escalating project risks in a timely manner - Managing client satisfaction throughout project duration and partnership - Coordinating development of user manuals, training materials, and implementation documentation - Actively participating in efforts to improve project and process efficiencies, including AI integration tools The role involves minimal overnight travel with flexibility for on-site or remote work. Standard hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum qualifications: - 5 years of experience in project management or related experience - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams - Ability to support project teams of various sizes through to completion - Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies - Experience managing detailed, multi-component programs from concept to completion in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments - High personal standards in quality and attention to detail - Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and professionally - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar discipline preferred Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of project management or related experience - Project Management certification - Proficiency with Microsoft Project
