The Project Manager role oversees the completion of projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all safety and legal requirements while delivering on time, within scope, and within budget. This position involves close collaboration with operations and engineering teams to execute projects correctly and prepare comprehensive reports.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Oversight:** Oversee project completion ensuring smooth execution and compliance with safety and legal requirements. Gain thorough understanding of each project to monitor budget, progress, and deliverables.
**Resource Management:** Select and track equipment needed on projects. Select and track employees needed on projects and monitor their conduct.
**Risk Management:** Establish risk factors and develop mitigation strategies. Eliminate identified risk factors to ensure project success.
**Communication and Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with customers, operations, and project teams. Prepare comprehensive project reports.
**Supervisory Responsibilities:** Limited supervisory authority over Field Service Technicians.
**Physical Requirements:** Must wear appropriate and mandated PPE including arc-flash suit, safety glasses, hard hat, respirator, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots. Ability to walk, stand, climb, pull, push, sit, and work in cramped or confined spaces. Potential low exposure to various conditions including dirt, heat, fumes, smoke, water, noise, vibration, grease, oil, and dust.
