FISPAN is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that enables banks to deploy embedded financial products and services through corporate clients' preferred ERP and accounting platforms. The company works with Tier 1 banks including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD, and Bank of Montreal, and is headquartered in downtown Vancouver.
As a Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of banking clients. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Project Planning and Execution:** You will work with internal and external customer teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide technical integration, and manage internal resources to resolve customer issues. **Implementation of Bank Onboards:** You'll conduct post-contract overview sessions, map communication workflows, coordinate customer support processes, and contribute to training material creation. You'll maintain an internal knowledge base documenting lessons learned and stay current on product functionality and features.
**Monitoring and Control:** You'll track progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines, prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, and update project timelines as tasks complete. You'll highlight slipping items early, monitor project tasks and hours to maximize monthly revenue recognition, and maintain alignment with Finance and Accounting on revenue recognition best practices. You'll also gather and document customer solution requirements and share product feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
