ConnectWise is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead medium-complexity implementation projects and serve as a subject matter expert across ConnectWise domains. This role manages end-to-end delivery for standard to moderately complex implementations, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality expectations are consistently met.
You will lead full lifecycle implementation projects or workstreams, serving as the primary consultant for mid-sized client engagements while managing stakeholder expectations and project outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and optimizing ConnectWise solutions to address both technical and business requirements; facilitating client meetings including discovery, solution design, status updates, and training sessions; and proactively identifying and managing risks, scope changes, and dependencies across project phases.
You will apply implementation methodologies independently, maintaining project documentation, timelines, and deliverables. The role involves analyzing client workflows to recommend process improvements, automation, and best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, support, sales) to resolve issues and enhance client solutions. You will contribute reusable assets such as templates, workflows, and documentation to improve delivery consistency across the organization.
Mentoring is an important aspect of this position—you will guide junior consultants through knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and informal coaching. You may also support pre-sales or scoping activities as a technical advisor when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to independently manage full implementation projects, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, including designing solutions for complex business and technical challenges
- Deep technical expertise in ConnectWise platforms, with ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating discussions and influencing decisions
- Ability to analyze data, workflows, and requirements to develop structured, scalable solutions
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate risks, gather necessary information, and drive resolution
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Collaborative approach, working effectively across teams and supporting knowledge sharing
- Accountability and ownership, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight
Working Conditions: Remote with 0-10% travel may be required.
