Contabilizei, an accounting and fintech platform, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive end-to-end product development and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the Product Manager to gather requirements, prioritize feature implementations, and enhance overall user experience while monitoring product performance from conception through launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the development team to create and review requirement documentation, detailing user stories with clarity and alignment
- Work with the Product Manager to prioritize feature implementations based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- Understand product strategy, gather necessary data and KPIs to inform prioritization decisions, and oversee customer research to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify enhancement opportunities in accounting and tax processes, proposing solutions backed by metrics and indicators
- Monitor product variables and ensure business rules applied to products and services remain current
- Track and analyze relevant product KPIs and metrics to support strategic decision-making and identify necessary adjustments
- Create and maintain updated documentation of scope, flowcharts, requirements, and initiative objectives
- Maintain alignment and communication across technology and operations teams to ensure successful launches and proper positioning of new products
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for the team, conducting analysis and prioritizing items for execution
- Act with pragmatism and resolve, ensuring challenges are quickly addressed with focus on value delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Information, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering, Design, Administration, or related field
- Experience in requirements gathering and specification for software development
- Experience with backlog prioritization, feature tracking, and production launches
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean) and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL query creation, and data analysis
- Relevant knowledge of tax and invoice fiscal processes and accounting procedures
- General knowledge of business process mapping tools and problem identification
- Strong ability to lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity in product decisions collaboratively
