As Production Team Lead for the Fever Originals team in Italy, you will lead the regional production team responsible for delivering a portfolio of live experiences and taking ownership of top-priority projects. You will oversee all aspects of production in the Italian market, ensuring high-quality event delivery while managing team development, budgets, timelines, and complex logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Italy production team, fostering a supportive environment, and developing team members
- Assessing regional projects and allocating work to team members or freelancers
- Supporting the team in managing priorities, monitoring progress, and solving complex production challenges
- Providing production expertise during feasibility and planning stages
- Managing kit movement, trucking logistics, and cross-site coordination
- Overseeing venue procurement, permits, insurance, and technical validation across diverse venue types (parks, stadiums, open fields)
- Monitoring build costs and budgets, identifying potential overruns proactively
- Supporting production directors in developing tools and processes to streamline operations
- Maintaining an active network of freelancers, vendors, and service providers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on event deliverables
- Managing multiple productions simultaneously while scaling Fever's flagship IP experiences
- Researching new vendors, technologies, and emerging solutions to enhance experiences
- Handling administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and contract management
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work across time zones

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in live event production
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in personnel management and team talent development
- Leadership, initiative, and clear prioritization skills
- Broad network of vendors and venues; experience with permitting, rules, and regulations
- Strong understanding of technical production requirements and basic fabrication techniques
- Curious, eager to learn, willing to push boundaries and adopt new concepts quickly
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Experience as construction manager or in theater construction with contractor management is a plus
