Fal is building the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. As a Product Storyteller, you'll own the complete narrative strategy for fal's product lines and model families—from conception through launch and sustained relevance. This is a hybrid role combining product marketing, technical content creation, and developer evangelism. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining product narratives that explain what each product unlocks, who it serves, and what users should do next. You'll create working demos and tutorials with reproducible code and real outputs, used across nurture sequences, sales conversations, documentation, and events. You'll design and build the product surface of fal's website, including industry pages, product pages, and use-case pages from scratch. A critical part of your role is establishing and maintaining terminology and messaging architecture across product, site, docs, and sales collateral—ensuring consistency and clarity in how fal describes its offerings. You'll amplify work from Design, Engineering, and Product teams by translating technical achievements into compelling stories that resonate with both enterprise buyers and the broader market. You'll sit within fal's Storytelling function, working cross-functionally with Design, Product, Marketing, GTM, and Engineering. The work is measured against enterprise and commercial conversion metrics—this is a revenue-facing role as much as a brand-awareness one. You'll operate with significant autonomy, identifying gaps and building solutions before being asked. Ideal candidates have shipped product marketing or developer-facing content for technical products with measurable pipeline impact. You're technically proficient enough to work independently—comfortable with APIs, terminals, notebooks, and building/debugging your own demos. You understand generative media fundamentals (diffusion, video models, inference economics, latency/throughput tradeoffs). You edit sharply, hold strong points of view on language, and have a design sensibility that matches fal's caliber. Frontend experience is a plus.
