Cypher Games is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategic direction, design, and continuous improvement of mobile games played by millions of players worldwide. This is a hands-on role combining product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
You will shape the product roadmap for match-3 and other mobile titles, translating player insights and behavioral data into tangible product improvements. Key responsibilities include setting strategic direction for games, overseeing development schedules and task execution, analyzing user data to inform game design and UX enhancements, collaborating with development and design teams to execute the roadmap, structuring and running A/B tests to validate feature hypotheses, and staying current with mobile gaming trends by actively playing and analyzing competitor titles.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong statistical thinking, and deep understanding of game systems and mechanics. You will work in a collaborative environment where cross-functional teamwork is essential to bringing product ideas to life and building the next global mobile gaming success.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics
- Proven product management experience in the game industry
- Strong sense of gameplay experience and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
