Ediphi is a cloud-based estimating and preconstruction platform for general contractors, founded in 2023 by estimating industry veterans and backed by Norwest Venture Partners with $12M Series A funding. The company is transforming how construction professionals approach preconstruction workflows.
As a Product Specialist, you will lead customer implementations from initial kickoff through successful adoption. You'll serve as the bridge between what the Sales team promises and what customers actually achieve with Ediphi. Your core responsibilities include learning the platform deeply, guiding customers through their transition, understanding their existing estimating processes, and translating those workflows into Ediphi's system.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations with clear timelines and milestone management
- Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different customer audiences
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers, understanding their unique estimating challenges
- Manage customer expectations and drive adoption through the change process
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure long-term retention and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Data, and Support teams
- Capture customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
- Test new features with the product team and provide domain expertise
- Travel to customer sites for implementations, training, and industry events (approximately 30%)
You'll need 3+ years of construction estimating, preconstruction, or related industry experience. Strong communication skills are essential—you'll explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. Experience with software implementation, customer training, or direct customer-facing roles is valuable. A genuine passion for learning technology and helping customers adopt new ways of working is critical.
