Rula, a Series C mental healthcare platform, is seeking a Product Recruiting Lead to drive strategic talent acquisition for its Product and Design teams. This is a leadership role within the Talent Acquisition function, responsible for end-to-end recruitment of specialized product and design talent. Key responsibilities include designing and executing creative, inclusive sourcing strategies to identify and engage senior passive candidates; partnering directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor; leading cross-functional recruitment workflows; navigating complex offer negotiations and compensation structures; and mentoring junior recruiters and sourcers. You will own talent analytics and funnel strategy, diagnosing bottlenecks, forecasting headcount delivery, and optimizing recruiting processes for complex product roles. The role requires hands-on proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and maintaining rigorous data accuracy and candidate tracking discipline. Required qualifications: 5+ years of full-lifecycle corporate recruiting in high-growth environments, with 3+ years specifically hiring Product Management and Product Design talent. Proven ability to source and close senior passive candidates using modern platforms (Juicebox preferred). Strong consultative mindset with demonstrated stakeholder alignment and delivery leadership. Exceptional communication and offer negotiation skills. Deep capability in talent analytics and recruiting metrics. Technical proficiency with modern recruitment platforms. Preferred qualifications include Ashby ATS experience, prior team or pod leadership, advanced sourcing methodologies, AI tool usage in recruiting workflows, and working knowledge of pre-IPO equity mechanics.
