As a Product Operations Specialist for Ramp Procurement, you will partner with product, engineering, and design teams to build and scale workflows that enable customers to manage procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement, systematically capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from customer success, sales, and direct customer channels. You will translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning launch operations for new Procurement features as they move from Alpha to General Availability, including AI-native experiences requiring strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly shipping product improvements (UX fixes and friction reduction) using AI tools, managing your own backlog of customer friction reduction
- Using AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining quality standards
- Building scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
- Contributing to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows Product and Engineering teams to scale
- Measuring success through support tickets per active user and customer NPS
The Procurement team owns streamlining new purchase requests, approvals, vendors, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills with bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate work and directly make product improvements
