As Product Operations Engineer, you will serve as the operational backbone of the product organization, working directly with the CTO and Head of Product. This is a high-output technical individual contributor role at the intersection of Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary bridge between Product Engineering and Deployment teams, ensuring the Deployment team is enabled on new features, managing technical feedback loops from the field back to engineering, and overseeing successful market launches.
- Partnering with GTM to drive technical enablement, support Product-Led Sales motions, and refine feature pricing structures, ensuring commercial teams understand the technical reality and value of shipped features.
- Defining and tracking product and company metrics alongside Engineering and Strategy & Ops teams, working with raw data to optimize for the right outcomes.
- Managing data labeling operations for the agentic stack (voice, reasoning, coding agents), coordinating in-house labelers and external agencies to ensure high-quality training data throughput.
You are a rare blend of technical literacy (understanding APIs, data structures, engineering constraints) and operational rigor. You can translate between engineers, salespeople, and operations managers, aligning distinct teams toward shared objectives. You find satisfaction in creating order—documentation, dashboards, automation—and are driven by impact, comfortable jumping between spreadsheets, code, and strategy meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or operations-heavy role (Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technology Strategy Consulting, Technical Program Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering)
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude with ability to solve problems using technology
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, specifically interfacing between Engineering and Commercial/Field teams
- Ability to balance big-picture strategic work (pricing, analysis) with hands-on execution (data labeling coordination for RLHF, deployment coordination)
