As Product Marketing Manager, you will own Inworld's market positioning and messaging in the fast-moving realtime voice AI category. This is a hands-on role requiring you to define core positioning claims, convert technical shipping into sales-ready language, and build proof assets that support the sales motion.
Key responsibilities include: establishing and maintaining the company's core positioning narrative across all channels (website, decks, customer conversations); running weekly cadences with engineering and research to translate shipped features into customer-facing language for immediate sales use; building a proof library including case studies, demo videos, technical FAQs, and benchmarks; designing repeatable launch motions that extend beyond announcement week; maintaining competitive intelligence on latency, quality, pricing, and reliability; and producing comparison content, migration guides, and evaluation materials for distribution across sales, DevRel, and paid channels.
You will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and developer relations teams. The role requires sitting in on customer calls, writing positioning documents, running benchmarks, and shipping launch content. Success means making Inworld's technical advantages legible, provable, and repeatable in a category that evolves weekly.
The position is based in the South Bay office (Mountain View area) with hybrid flexibility—on-site a few days per week. This is a full-time role with base salary $190,000–$260,000+, bonus, equity, and benefits.
