Revolut is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead trust and banking launch narratives globally. This role sits within the Growth team and focuses on translating regulatory milestones, security features, and compliance achievements into compelling public stories that resonate with regulators, media, and local audiences. Key responsibilities include: developing credible public narratives around banking license milestones and launches; leading creative direction with designers, PR teams, and local agencies to craft launch moments designed for media coverage and cultural relevance; partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs to ensure communications are properly timed, framed, and approved; designing and executing go-to-market campaigns for security features, fraud protection, data security certifications, and trust-building initiatives; identifying gaps where Revolut can build public or institutional trust and developing standalone campaigns; tracking share of voice, press pickup, and brand metrics to measure ROI; and building repeatable global frameworks that scale across markets while maintaining creative distinctiveness. The ideal candidate brings experience in PR/comms-led marketing, brand launches, or market entry in fast-paced global environments. Deep knowledge of financial regulations is essential—the ability to translate compliance milestones into public stories without necessarily having a regulatory background. You should excel at marketing trust and security topics in ways that reassure communities, have run remote cross-cultural launches with local teams and agencies, possess a strong creative eye and art direction experience, demonstrate exceptional copywriting skills adaptable to different local media landscapes, think systematically about building repeatable playbooks, and maintain a highly analytical mindset to prove ROI through earned media and brand metrics. A bias for action and ability to move fluidly between launches and trust campaigns is critical. Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in regulated industries such as fintech and banking. Revolut values diverse backgrounds and encourages applications from people with varied experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
