Teya is a Series C fintech platform serving local businesses across Europe—cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs—with financial tools, thoughtful design, and human support. As Product Marketing Manager for Teya Catalogue, you will own the go-to-market strategy for this product offering, bridging product development, sales enablement, and market feedback. Key responsibilities include defining and evolving Teya Catalogue's market positioning, value proposition, and competitive narrative. You'll translate product positioning into clear, compelling messaging and sales tools that enable the sales team to confidently articulate Catalogue's value to merchants. You'll plan and execute end-to-end go-to-market campaigns for new features and releases, coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize adoption and impact. You'll design and run incentive structures and campaigns that motivate both sales teams and sellers to adopt and champion Catalogue. Systematically gathering feedback from the market, sales teams, and sellers, you'll bring actionable insights back to the Product Manager to inform roadmap prioritization and iteration. You'll track competitor moves and market trends to keep positioning and messaging sharp and current. This role thrives at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product feedback loops. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ensuring Catalogue's strategy aligns with broader business objectives and merchant needs. Ideal candidates have proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or related roles—ideally in fintech, payments, or product-led businesses. You'll have a track record of successfully positioning products for both external markets and internal sales teams, designing adoption strategies or incentive programs that drove measurable uptake. Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to flex messaging for different audiences, collaborative hands-on approach, commercial instincts, and data-driven measurement of GTM and adoption success are essential. Teya offers hybrid work from their London office (House of Teya, next to Blackfriars Bridge) or Porto, physical and mental health support via WellHub partnership, private health and life insurance, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, opportunities to travel across European offices, and regular merchant experiences at headquarters.
