Scopely is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team, a sophisticated mobile strategy game with millions of players worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Live Operations, Marketing, Community, and Player Experience, serving as the connective tissue across the player-facing organization. You will own the player-facing narrative for Star Trek Fleet Command, translating complex product strategy, gameplay systems, and roadmap initiatives into compelling experiences that resonate with diverse player bases. Your responsibilities include developing positioning and messaging frameworks that create consistency across all player-facing touchpoints—from launch campaigns and CRM to in-game communications and roadmap updates. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Narrative & Positioning**: Champion the player perspective throughout product development, ensuring features and content are positioned to highlight both what is being built and why it matters. Establish messaging frameworks that drive consistency across every touchpoint. **Go-to-Market Leadership**: Own integrated go-to-market strategies for major features, seasonal content, technical improvements, and franchise partnerships. Build launch plans that align messaging, timing, audiences, and business objectives. Define player segmentation strategies supporting the full player lifecycle. **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Serve as the central marketing partner connecting Product, Community, Campaign Marketing, CRM, Creative, Analytics, Player Experience, and external partners like Paramount. Coordinate launch readiness, facilitate planning reviews, and proactively identify risks and blockers. **Creative Stewardship**: Create creative briefs, messaging frameworks, presentations, and launch documentation. Review marketing assets for consistency and alignment with product strategy and franchise guidelines. Partner with Creative teams and manage approvals with external partners. **Performance Measurement**: Monitor feature adoption, player engagement, sentiment, and campaign performance. Partner with Analytics and Community teams to optimize messaging and identify improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate enjoys simplifying complexity, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is energized by translating ambitious product ideas into memorable player experiences. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working on one of mobile gaming's most enduring and community-driven live-service experiences.
