Join Coinbase's Product Marketing team within the Institutional group to own positioning and go-to-market strategy for Prime and Markets—the company's most complex institutional products serving hedge funds, asset managers, and market makers globally. You'll be the product marketing lead behind spot trading, derivatives (futures, options), cross-margin, liquidity access, and execution workflows. Working closely with Product, Markets, Sales, Legal, and Communications, you'll translate deeply technical capabilities into clear positioning, sharp enablement materials, and GTM strategies that drive measurable client adoption. Key responsibilities include: - Owning positioning and messaging across spot, futures, options, cross-margin, execution, and liquidity access, pressure-testing narratives with Sales, Product, Legal, and clients to ensure institutional-grade credibility. - Leading GTM execution for major Prime and Markets launches, including product readiness, sales enablement, client communications, and sequencing. - Building high-signal enablement materials—talk tracks, FAQs, battlecards, demos, and client-ready narratives—that reduce complexity for the field and reflect real objections and buying behavior. - Partnering with Sales, STPs, and Coverage teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clarity and contribute market-backed insights that inform product roadmap conversations. - Driving clarity around what's live, what's next, and what action clients should take across regions with varying regulatory constraints. Required experience: 5+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or institutional GTM, with direct experience in institutional trading, derivatives (futures, options, margining, execution models), or market infrastructure. You'll need a proven track record building GTM strategies and positioning for technically complex products, demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally to deliver launches and enablement, fluency in institutional markets language (risk, margining, execution workflows, capital efficiency), and responsible use of generative AI to drive workflow efficiency.
