Jobber is a software platform helping small home service businesses (plumbers, painters, landscapers) manage quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. The company has built a thriving partner ecosystem of 1,000+ partners, including 100+ app integrations through the Jobber App Marketplace, plus franchise, referral, and association partnerships.
You'll join the Product Marketing team as Product Marketing Manager (Partnerships), owning go-to-market programs that drive customer adoption of partner solutions, partner growth, and measurable business impact across the ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partnership initiatives: co-marketing campaigns, product launches, content, events, marketplace promotions, and demand generation
- Build and manage partner relationships, collaborating on joint marketing plans and growth initiatives with partners like Google, Zapier, Gusto, and The Home Depot
- Create positioning, messaging, enablement resources, and go-to-market assets that communicate partner solution value
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Design teams
- Gather customer, partner, competitive, and market insights to identify growth opportunities
- Own partner marketing performance metrics: integration adoption, marketplace engagement, partner-sourced pipeline/revenue, and campaign performance; use data to optimize programs
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years in partner marketing, product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or B2B SaaS go-to-market roles
- Experience supporting go-to-market for technology integrations, platform ecosystems, app marketplaces, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record developing and executing co-marketing programs with external partners
- Strong positioning and messaging skills; ability to translate integrations into clear customer value
- Experience building integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong program management and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management; comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Data-driven mindset; use performance data and customer insights to guide decisions
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and move projects forward in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events
Nice-to-haves: SaaS platform experience with third-party integrations, franchise/referral/association channel experience, app marketplace or developer program familiarity.
