Rain is building the next generation of payments infrastructure, enabling stablecoins to power real-world transactions globally. The company partners with fintechs, neobanks, and financial institutions to deliver card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, remittances, and more across traditional banking rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire) and emerging onchain systems. As Product Marketing Manager for Money Movement, you will own go-to-market strategy for onramp, offramp, and payments product launches. You'll develop positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that help enterprise customers understand how Rain bridges stablecoins with trusted banking infrastructure. Reporting to the founding PMM, you'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance, and legal to translate complex money movement mechanics—liquidity, settlement, FX, cross-border regulation—into clear, actionable materials for sales and customer-facing teams. Key responsibilities include: building revenue enablement (pitch decks, case studies, sell sheets, training) for Business Development and post-sales teams; tracking global banking rails and payment schemes to explain Rain's competitive positioning; monitoring competitors in the stablecoin on/offramp space; and representing customer needs back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities. You should have 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at payments companies, banks, or money transmitters. Deep knowledge of banking rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, regional real-time payment systems) and a track record selling payments infrastructure to enterprises are essential. You'll need strong writing and communication skills to make technical and regulatory complexity accessible, plus comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. Bonus experience includes FX and treasury operations, existing relationships in banking/payments networks, and familiarity with stablecoins or blockchain settlement. Rain operates with a flat structure, flexible working (hybrid with home stipend), unlimited PTO (10-day minimum), comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k) with 4% match, equity for all employees, wellness stipends, and regular team summits.
