Anthropic is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own foundational positioning and messaging for Claude's core knowledge-work products—Chat, Cowork, and the broader non-coding suite. This is an individual-contributor role focused on deep, durable craft work for products with millions of users. You will define the story that helps knowledge workers understand what's possible with AI collaboration and equips buyers to make confident adoption decisions. Responsibilities include owning positioning and messaging strategy across all touchpoints (website, pitch decks, battlecards, persona narratives); building sales enablement assets that give GTM teams conviction to close deals; developing ICP and persona frameworks that translate diverse knowledge-worker segments into sharp, resonant messaging; and creating libraries of use cases and best practices that become playbooks others can execute. You'll also own website and product page messaging—often a prospect's first encounter with Claude—and partner closely with GTM, Marketing, and Partners to ensure consistent, current materials. A key aspect of the role is "Claudifying" your own workflows: building AI-native systems using Claude and beyond-chat tools to keep positioning, messaging, and enablement self-updating and trustworthy, demonstrating the transformation you're asking millions of others to make. You should have proven experience owning positioning and messaging for established software products used across multiple personas and use cases; strong writing and storytelling skills adaptable across formats; experience building ICP and persona frameworks and translating research into scalable messaging; and experience building sales enablement assets. This role is built for someone who wants to do deep work on products with enormous, established usage and has the building instincts to turn PMM workflows into systems rather than one-off documents.
