Docket is an AI Marketing Agent platform that helps B2B marketing teams move beyond traditional MQL models. The company uses proprietary Sales Knowledge Lake™ technology to engage buyers in real conversations, qualify intent, and surface Agent Qualified Leads (AQLs)—a fundamentally better signal than form-fills and lead scores. Docket is building the category of agentic marketing and seeking a Product Marketing Manager II to own core product marketing execution.
In this hands-on role, you will own messaging and positioning for Docket's AI Marketing Agent, AQL framework, and Sales Knowledge Lake™ across web, sales, and content channels. You'll maintain and evolve competitive battlecards and one-sheets, monitoring competitor positioning, pricing, and feature moves to flag meaningful shifts. You'll build and maintain buyer's guides, objection-handling docs, demo narratives, and deal-support materials that help sales close AQL-based deals.
You'll partner with product, content, and demand gen to plan and execute go-to-market launches for new capabilities and features, including sales training, launch content, and internal enablement. You'll mine customer calls, win/loss data, and support feedback to sharpen positioning and surface proof points. Daily cross-functional partnership with Demand Gen, Sales, and the CEO's office ensures your output drives pipeline.
You bring 2–4 years in product marketing or adjacent experience (product, consulting, competitive/market research) with direct GTM exposure. You're a strong writer who can translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives. You're comfortable owning deliverables end-to-end: research, draft, feedback, ship. You have genuine curiosity about B2B marketing and sales trends and experience building sales enablement materials that sales teams actually use. You thrive in startup pace, comfort with ambiguity, and can reprioritize without losing focus. Nice-to-have: martech/salestech company experience, familiarity with intent data or ABM platforms, or PMM background with analyst relations exposure.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a new category with direct access to and mentorship from SaaS leaders. Your work will move pipeline, not just internal slide decks.
