Tabby is a fintech company on a mission to democratize financial services across the Middle East. Founded in 2019, it operates a comprehensive money app enabling users to send, spend, and save with transparency and control. The company serves millions of customers and tens of thousands of businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait. This role owns the go-to-market strategy for Tabby's new global transfers product—a service addressing the massive remittance market in the UAE, where millions of people send money home monthly. The product marketing manager will be responsible for positioning, messaging, launch sequencing, and corridor-by-corridor planning to bring this offering to market. Key responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand the sender persona (distinct from Tabby's existing shopper base), identifying what triggers transfers and the anxieties around them. The role requires converting existing Tabby customers into senders and building habits around repeat transfers. You'll develop marketing strategies that move beyond rate-and-offer commoditization, instead building emotional resonance around the moments that matter to senders. The position involves deploying marketing budgets across channels and incentives while maintaining accountability for returns. You'll own competitive intelligence, making that knowledge actionable rather than theoretical. Cross-functional collaboration with brand, performance, lifecycle, and product teams is essential. The role demands rigorous measurement discipline—prioritizing incrementality over attribution, repeat behavior over one-off volume, and distinguishing meaningful metrics from vanity numbers. You'll need to translate structurally complex financial concepts (FX, fees, settlement, limits) into clear, trustworthy messaging without misleading. Strong writing is critical, as much of the work involves crafting arguments and positioning.
