Scale is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for its Global Public Sector division, with a primary focus on government partnerships in Qatar and the GCC region. This role bridges product marketing, content production, and regional growth strategy, reporting to Scale's Product Marketing Lead for Global Public Sector.
You will serve as a strategic bridge between Scale and government entities, transforming complex AI projects into high-visibility success stories. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading product, customer, and brand marketing execution for Scale's flagship national partnership in Qatar, while supporting market entry strategy across the broader GCC.
Key responsibilities:
- Create compelling content (case studies, solution briefs, thought leadership, presentations) that translates Scale's technical AI work into clear narratives for government audiences
- Partner with customer stakeholders to extract and package success stories demonstrating real-world impact
- Develop and localize messaging and positioning for public-sector buyers across the region
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive materials and copy for product launches and campaigns
- Support go-to-market execution in new markets through content, enablement, and campaign work
- Collaborate across sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure external messaging reflects Scale's differentiation
- Track content and campaign performance metrics
- Partner with communications and events teams to secure media placements and speaking opportunities
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in Product Marketing or Customer Marketing, preferably in B2G, high-touch Enterprise SaaS, or consulting
- Deep understanding of government agency dynamics and polished communication style for senior officials
- Proven ability to translate technical deployments into compelling narratives
- Familiarity with GCC business landscape and experience with Qatar/Middle Eastern institutions
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders independently in a high-velocity environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across time zones
- Fluency in Arabic (written and/or verbal)
Nice to have: Experience marketing AI/ML infrastructure or data services.
