Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company serving education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries. As Product Marketing Manager for Education, you will sit at the intersection of Product and Go-to-Market, responsible for turning product capability into market impact.
Your core focus is making Flywire's education solutions easy to understand, easy to sell, and clearly differentiated. You will shape positioning, go-to-market strategy, and enable internal teams to win deals. Your work directly influences pipeline quality, conversion rates, and revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
**Positioning & Messaging**: Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for education solutions. Own Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas grounded in customer and market insight. Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives. Ensure consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
**Go-to-Market & Launch Execution**: Lead go-to-market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives. Partner with Product to turn roadmap into market-ready messaging and materials. Drive coordinated execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Continuously refine approach based on performance and feedback.
**Enablement & Revenue Impact**: Build and maintain high-quality enablement materials including decks, battlecards, demos, and value narratives. Equip Sales and Relationship Management teams to position and sell effectively. Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates, deal quality, and conversion. Support deal strategy in competitive situations.
**Customer Insight & Market Feedback**: Synthesize customer feedback, win-loss insights, and field input into actionable direction. Build understanding of buyers, market dynamics, and competition. Feed insights back into positioning, targeting, and product decisions.
**AI-Driven Execution**: Use AI to improve speed and quality across content, messaging, and research. Experiment with workflows that increase productivity and scalability. Help shape how the team incorporates AI into day-to-day execution.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and broader commercial teams, connecting product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution.
**Requirements:**
- 5–8 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS, payments, fintech, or similar environments
- Proven track record owning positioning, go-to-market launches, and enablement with clear ties to pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Strong commercial and product instincts with clear understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales motions
- Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and partnering closely with Product, Sales, and commercial teams
- Hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day marketing workflows, with focus on improving speed, quality, and scale
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously evolve how work gets done and experiment with new approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across teams
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Bias toward action with focus on execution and outcomes
**Nice to have:**
- Experience in payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS platforms
- Experience supporting multi-product or platform environments
- Experience directly tying product marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes
