Duolingo is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Duolingo Math, a product designed to make math learning engaging and rigorous for learners worldwide. In this role, you will shape how the product connects with learners, parents, and teachers while working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Duolingo Math. You will conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to inform value proposition development and feature positioning. You'll develop go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies.
You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop high-impact campaigns across in-app communications, app store optimization (ASO), social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You'll track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. As the internal authority and advocate for Duolingo Math, you'll ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all teams.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with proven product marketing experience in consumer technology and a track record of launching and scaling successful products. You should have a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and experience marketing consumer-facing digital products. Experience marketing educational products for children is preferred, with background in mobile apps, games, or classroom learning tools being a plus.
You must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present clearly to diverse audiences. A data-driven mindset with experience using insights and analytics to inform strategy is essential. You should be comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
