Rain is a fintech infrastructure company enabling stablecoin payments globally through card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, and remittances. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Lightspeed, and Khosla.
The Product Marketing Manager for Cards will own go-to-market strategy for Rain's card issuing and stablecoin infrastructure products. Reporting to the founding PMM, you'll develop positioning, market intelligence, and enablement materials as the stablecoin card category grows more competitive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning GTM for new card product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout
- Building revenue enablement for Business Development and post-sales Platform teams (pitch decks, case studies, sell sheets, training)
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate card program mechanics (interchange, network rules, program economics, agentic use cases) into actionable materials
- Tracking competitors and market entrants in stablecoin cards across key global markets
- Developing and delivering training on card issuing fundamentals for sales and support teams
- Representing customer voice back to Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities
Ideal candidates have 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at card networks, issuers, processors, or program managers (not consumer-focused fintechs). Deep knowledge of card issuing economics (interchange, network fees, program management, compliance) is essential. You should have a track record selling or marketing card programs to enterprise customers and genuine interest in agentic payments and how scoped cards enable agent transactions. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical/regulatory complexity clearly are required.
Bonus: existing ecosystem relationships, familiarity with agentic commerce or AI agents, or knowledge of emerging payment rails.
Rain offers flexible working arrangements, comprehensive US health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with 4% match, equity options for all employees, monthly wellness stipends, unlimited PTO (10-day minimum), and regular team summits.
