WeTravel is a B2B SaaS platform serving multi-day travel operators (safari companies, diving expeditions, adventure tour operators, etc.) globally. The company provides an end-to-end operating system for managing sales, payments, and back-office operations, with 10,000+ clients generating $3B in annual travel sales. WeTravel ships 5+ meaningful features monthly and is growing 60-100% YoY with 400+ team members across offices in Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, and Baku.
You will join the Product Marketing function as the second product marketer, reporting to Anna (Head of Product Marketing). While Anna focuses on company-level positioning, operations, and launch infrastructure, you will own taking individual features to market and driving adoption.
Your responsibilities split roughly 75/25:
**Feature Launches (75%):** Own end-to-end launch plans for each feature, aligning with commercial teams on messaging and activities. Drive channel strategy with the commercial marketing team (website, social, paid, lifecycle). Craft launch communications including emails, in-product messages, and demo videos. Update onboarding materials (product tours, Onboarding Center). Run the monthly product newsletter. Partner on content for major events (annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, Operator Innovation Day).
**Adoption & Engagement (25%):** Monitor post-launch adoption metrics, identify stalling features, and recommend fixes. Host live product webinars throughout the year, bringing in PMs, designers, engineers, and account managers as presenters. Run promotional campaigns for existing features needing adoption boosts. Localize content into Spanish as needed.
You will be a visible face of WeTravel's product to thousands of clients, crafting stories that help busy tour operators discover, understand, and use new capabilities.
Required: 7+ years of communication-heavy professional experience, including 3+ years in B2B product marketing at a tech company. Fluent business English writing. Excellent storytelling in writing and on camera. Proven track record with B2B email and in-product campaigns (ideally highly targeted). Comfortable using AI tools to work faster while owning quality. Ability to dig into data and surface insights.
