Vividly is a modern trade promotion management (TPM) platform serving the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. The company helps brands manage trade spend across campaign creation, deductions management, and promotion measurement—addressing an $8 trillion market opportunity where 70% of promotions currently fail to deliver positive ROI.
You will be Vividly's first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, building the PMM function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role serving as connective tissue between product, customer success, sales, and marketing teams as the company scales into mid-market and enterprise CPG customers.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Release Communication & Customer Education**
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to proactively communicate product releases to customers, explaining what's new, why it matters, and how to use it
- Build and manage a scalable release communication framework coordinating across product, CS, sales, and marketing
- Own the go-to-market process for new feature launches from early awareness through post-launch adoption
**Sales Enablement**
- Develop enablement materials articulating strategic differentiators of new and existing product capabilities (talk tracks, one-pagers, battle cards, competitive positioning)
- Arm the sales team with resources to effectively communicate product value and win deals
**Market Positioning & Messaging**
- Define and refine Vividly's core value proposition and messaging architecture
- Develop positioning frameworks that resonate with target buyer personas in the CPG space
- Create case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with product leadership to understand roadmap priorities and translate them into market-ready narratives
- Support marketing campaigns with product insights and messaging
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify market gaps and competitive threats
The role offers the opportunity to shape how a growing SaaS company communicates its value in a large, underserved market. You'll work with a lean, revenue-oriented team and modern tech stack.
