Salary: USD 155,000 - 180,000 / annual

Total Expert is a Customer Operating System for financial services that combines context and action to enable humans and AI assistants to engage customers effectively. The company has facilitated over seven trillion dollars in funded loan volume since 2016. As Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge product development and go-to-market teams by creating data-informed messaging, positioning frameworks, and marketing assets that drive customer engagement and organizational growth. You'll serve as a visible cross-functional leader within R&D and across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, directly influencing the Chief Product Officer on strategic and tactical decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting market intelligence research to identify opportunities and inform product positioning - Developing clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate solutions - Creating high-value marketing assets including website copy, sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content - Gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategy - Supporting sales enablement by equipping teams with tools, training, and battle cards You'll need 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or platforms, with proven success launching technology products. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts. You should be data-oriented, comfortable leveraging AI tools, and demonstrate customer obsession, market intuition, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate can execute with bias for action and influence without authority. The role is hybrid for Dallas and Minneapolis-based candidates (3-4 on-site days/week) and remote for others. You'll empower financial services leaders to help their customers make critical financial decisions.
