Rime is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their SF Bay Area office (hybrid) reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is a core, high-ownership role—not a support function—where you'll shape market perception of Rime's products, influence product roadmap decisions through customer and market signals, and drive the GTM engine with prolific, credible content. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the customer voice by conducting interview analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, and engaging with analysts and sales teams to champion customer needs and pain points. - Own product positioning and messaging frameworks by working closely with product and sales teams; develop persona-specific messaging for demand generation, SDRs, sales, and channel partners. - Enable cross-functional understanding of products and customers by producing sales collateral including playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive analyses. - Lead product launches end-to-end, building launch strategies and partnering with product management, demand generation, sales, and customer success. - Educate the market through content strategy and creation—blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, videos, and campaigns—in collaboration with the Demand Generation team to support pipeline goals. - Develop and implement best practices and frameworks that improve product marketing outcomes and company impact. You'll work closely with product owners as a peer, bringing customer and market signals directly into roadmap conversations and pushing back when priorities drift from market needs. This is a hands-on, high-output role requiring prolific content creation and a commitment to owning real scope. Requirements: - Strong product marketing experience for LLMs, AI agents, developer tools, APIs, or other technical products. - Proven track record of owning product launches end-to-end in fast-paced environments. - Experience building or helping build product marketing as a function from scratch within a startup. - Ability to translate deeply technical capabilities into compelling buyer value propositions. - Experience working with and guiding senior partners to launch new products, features, and programs. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strong storytelling and narrative crafting abilities; view writing as craft, not something to outsource. - Hands-on content creation: you write, record, and publish content yourself. - Demonstrated ability to represent the voice-of-the-customer and distill actionable product roadmap recommendations from customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis. - Curious, sharp, energetic, and relentless; you push on ideas and want to win as a team.
