Rillet is an AI-native ERP platform serving accounting and finance teams at high-growth companies. The company has raised $100M from top-tier investors (Sequoia, a16z, Iconiq, Oak HC/FT, First Round) and is building a category-defining product that enables zero-day financial closes through unified data models, native integrations (Stripe, Ramp, Salesforce), automated workflows, and specialized AI agents. As an early marketing hire, you will own Rillet's messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy from day one. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to define the brand and motion for a fast-growing fintech company. Key responsibilities: - Own and evolve messaging and positioning to communicate Rillet's value to finance and accounting teams - Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid, events, content) that drive awareness and pipeline - Partner with Sales to create compelling content and collateral across the buyer journey - Test and scale programs, prioritizing what works - Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and category creation - Build the foundation for a modern, metrics-driven marketing function with tooling, reporting, and playbooks Required qualifications: - 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth startup - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages - Experience across brand, product marketing, demand gen, and content (multi-hat background) - Excitement about building from 0 to 1 and owning outcomes - Bonus: fintech or finance/accounting marketing experience - Willingness to travel a few times yearly for offsites and events Rillet values speed, agency, and flexibility.
